RAO The Central Empowered Committee (CEC), appointed by the Supreme Court to examine issues related to the Kolleru Lake, has expressed serious concern over the “inordinate delay” by the Andhra Pradesh government in finalising the boundaries of the lake and its wildlife sanctuary. At a recent meeting in New Delhi, the CEC had conveyed its dissatisfaction and indicated that it would proceed to submit its report, along with observations, to the apex court.
