Tension grips Aambalapattu over complaints of bribing voters

Tension prevailed for sometime in the afternoon of April 21 at Aambalapattu hamlet in Orathanadu Assembly segment after the Naam Tamilar Katchi candidate S.Thirumurgan and his party men alleged ‘money distribution to voters’ by the DMK party cadres at the hamlet.

According to sources, the NTK nominee was on his last leg of campaign at his native village Aambalapattu. During the campaign, NTK cadres spotted some ‘outsiders’ distributing ‘something’ to the residents of the hamlet.
