Tapse, a student of St Mary’s High School in Chikkamagaluru, has emerged as the topper in the State in SSLC examination-1 by securing 625/625. The result was not a surprise for the family. Brunda has always been a topper all these years. “I was expecting this result, as I had prepared well and attended to all papers very well,” said Brunda, speaking to the media soon after the results were announced.
