Voters captivated by special themed polling stations in Madurai

An eco-friendly green polling station set up at M.M. Higher Secondary School in Thirunagar in Thirupparankundram Assembly constituency was adorned with natural materials, with coconut fronds and banana stems welcoming voters at the entrance.

The voters then walked on the green carpet inside a green enclosure to cast their votes. A selfie point on the premises was also decorated with flowers and leaves. It resembled a festive atmosphere.
