Satire | India needs more MPs

I can’t tell you how angry I am with India’s Opposition parties. India’s mothers, sisters and daughters (excluding those of wrestlers, Unnao, Kathua, Hathras, Manipur) will give a befitting reply to the INDIA bloc for their monumental betrayal.

Such shameless hypocrites! They themselves voted in favour of the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam when it was passed in Parliament in September 2023. But in April 2026, India’s Opposition leaders travelled back in time — to 2023 — to defeat the Women’s Reservation Bill. That’s how much they hate women! But that’s not the only harm they’ve done to India’s women.
