Addressing the medical and paramedical staff at a workshop held here, the Collector said that the pilot project enabled seamless integration of patient health records across hospitals and primary health centres. “The system provides real-time access to medical histories, ensuring timely diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care,” he said.
