Officials were instructed to take strict action against individuals who cause traffic disruptions by parking vehicles along the highway, and roadside encroachments should be cleared to prevent accidents. The Committee also mandated that vehicles and tippers transporting gravel and sand must strictly adhere to safety guidelines, and failure to do so would result in appropriate punitive action.
