Pilot’s conversation with passengers on voting goes viral

A video clip of a pilot of an IndiGo airline flight operating on the Singapore – Tiruchi sector asking passengers as to how many of them were returning to Tiruchi to vote in the Assembly election has gone viral on the social media platform.

In the brief clip, the pilot could be heard asking the passengers as to how many of them were returning to cast their vote. Many passengers could be seen in the clip enthusiastically raising their hands to the query. 

“Exercising your vote is not only your right but also your responsibility. Don’t forget to cast your vote to the deserving candidate you wish to,” the pilot could be heard saying to the passengers. “All the very best and every vote counts,” he concludes.  Airline sources said the date on which the video was taken is not known.
