Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Mahesh Kumar Goud met Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, at his residence in New Delhi and urged him to ensure the inclusion of Backward Classes (BC) reservations within the proposed Women’s Reservation Bill at the national level. The meeting, which lasted around 15 minutes, focused on key political developments in Telangana as well as the strengthening of the party at various levels. Mr Goud briefed Mr. Gandhi on the implementation of development works and welfare schemes being undertaken in the State.
