Marking the episcopal golden jubilee of Church head Theodosius Mar Thoma Metropolitan, the Church is providing homes to 150 landless and homeless families. According to the Church authorities, the project extended support to underprivileged families across regions ranging from the border villages of Thiruvananthapuram and Tamil Nadu to Ernakulam, the high ranges and central Travancore, cutting across caste and religious classifications. Each house, built at an estimated cost of ₹7.5 lakh, has an area of around 560 square feet.
