Man killed after minor dispute in Kailasapuram, accused surrenders

A 32-year-old man was murdered following a minor dispute at Kailasapuram in the city late on Friday night.

According to IV Town police, the victim, identified as Prasanth, a native of Tuni in Kakinada district and a resident of Kailasapuram, had reportedly been in a relationship for the past few months with a woman living separately from her husband in the same area. The woman’s brother, R. Srinivas, an auto-rickshaw driver, had earlier warned Prasanth to stay away from her. However, the relationship is said to have continued.
