Inside the jail museum at the SICA in Chanchalguda. | Photo Credit: By Arrangement The Telangana Prisons Department has set up a jail museum at the State Institute of Correctional Administration (SICA) in Chanchalguda which will be open to the public from April 28. Officials said the museum is aimed at showcasing the evolution of prison administration, making Telangana among a few States in the country to have such a facility. Earlier exhibits from the Sangareddy museum have been relocated and developed into a structured display at the new facility.
