“We are living in an era shaped by artificial intelligence. It is transforming industries, redefining jobs. It is creating new opportunities. However, the fast-paced technological development does not reduce the significance of human values like ethical thinking, creativity and compassion. These will always be relevant to sustained human progress,” Vice-Chancellor of Shreemati Natibhai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University Ujwala Chakradeo said in Vijayapura on Tuesday.

She was delivering an address at the 17th convocation of the Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women’s University. She urged students to combine the efficiency of technology with human sensitivity to have a bright future.
