In a memorandum submitted to Puttur Assistant Commissioner, Stella Varghese, on Wednesday, a group of teachers, who are working as enumerators, said enumerators should be provided better protection, transport facility and kits containing cap and heat protection articles to carry out census work in remote and forest areas of Puttur, Belthangady and Sullia regions.
