The Bhongir fort. | Photo Credit: File photo Telangana’s Department of Heritage has announced that entry to all museums and monuments under its control will be free on Saturday, in connection with World Heritage Day. The Department will also organise celebrations at the State Museum in Public Gardens, Hyderabad. The sites open to the public include the State Museum at Public Gardens, the Qutb Shahi Tombs in Hyderabad, Bhongir Fort, Elgandal Fort in Karimnagar, and heritage locations in Warangal. Museums at Pillalamarri, Panagal, and Alampur will also be part of the initiative.
