Two melodies he composed, or rather a mash-up of portions from these tracks, is all over social media – ‘Makane’ from the 2024-release Vaazha : Biopic of a Billion Boys and ‘Koodeppirannor’ from its sequel, Vaazha : Biopic of a Billion Bros,released a couple of weeks ago. Coming-of-age stories of a group of underachievers, the franchise look into their lives at they deal with their families, friends and society. Parvatish’s happiness is evident in his voice when we catch up over the phone. The artiste, who hails from Karunagappally in Kollam and born and brought up in Bhopal, admits that he was not prepared for the overwhelming reception for the songs.
