The Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has directed the authorities concerned to comply with government and court orders regulating vacation classes. The commission comprising chairperson K.V. Manoj Kumar and member F. Wilson was acting on a petition by one Jithin, pointing out conduct of various types of classes in government, aided, unaided, CBSE, and ICSE schools as well as tuition centres during the summer vacations.
