A 52-year-old head constable, Lanke Dhana Raju, has survived after a bullet pierced his chest, reportedly due to a misfire of the rifle while he was cleaning it at EVM godown beside the Collectorate in Kakinada. The incident occurred at around 7.30 a.m.. Kakinada Superintendent of Police G.
