A collection agent was caught with 90 litres of adulterated milk at her residence in SPSR Nellore district by the Food Safety Department officials, potentially attracting a penalty of up to ₹2 lakh for supplying contaminated milk to a dairy in the district. The agent, Gurram Kalpana, sources milk from the farmers of Damavaram village in the district and supplies it to Vigneshwara Dairy at Chandrasekharapuram village in Kodavalur Mandal.
