MOORTHY Brisk polling was reported in all the seven Assembly constituencies of Virudhunagar district since morning. So much so, that the number of votes polled after 6 p.m. was minimal as over 84.09% of voters had exercised their franchise by then. After a usual start of a fewer voters present at the polling booths at the time of commencement of election at 7 a.m., the crowd started to throng the 2,001 polling stations in the district.
