Mr. Chautala made the remarks at a “Chhatra Hit Mahapanchayat” in Hisar, held against the backdrop of a confrontation between him and Crime Investigation Agency personnel and a protest by his party’s youth wing at Guru Jambheshwar University (GJU) in the district earlier this month.
