Mukunda Reddy takes charge as I&PR Special Commissioner

G. Mukunda Reddy assumed charge as Special Commissioner and Ex-officio Secretary of the State Information and Public Relations Department at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Secretariat on Sunday. He took charge from the outgoing commissioner C.H. Priyanka, who has been posted as District Collector of Narayanpet. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Mukunda Reddy served as a Zonal Commissioner in the GHMC.

Addressing officials after taking charge, Mr. Mukunda Reddy underlined the key role of the Information Department in disseminating government welfare and development programmes to the public. He urged officials to work in accordance with the priorities set by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Minister for Revenue, Housing, Information and Public Relations Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy.
