As the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways moves towards introducing vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication technology by 2026 to enhance road safety, transport operators in Karnataka have largely welcomed the initiative. However, transport operators have stressed that financial assistance, training, and seamless integration with existing systems will be crucial for its success.
