Sanjeevani project improving access to healthcare, says Chittoor Collector

The Digital Nerve Centre, a pilot project in Kuppam under the Sanjeevani project, is giving positive results in improving healthcare services and patient data management, district Collector Sumit Kumar said on Friday (April 24, 2026).

Addressing the medical and paramedical staff at a workshop held here, the Collector said that the pilot project enabled seamless integration of patient health records across hospitals and primary health centres. “The system provides real-time access to medical histories, ensuring timely diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care,” he said.
