Revanth Reddy has asked them to decentralise the system so that people at the grass root levels will be able to register their complaints. Prajavani, launched a few days after the Congress Government took over the reins in December 2023, has ensured speedy redressal of grievances. Senior officials of different departments receive complaints through Prajavani every Friday and take steps for their expeditious redressal. A similar mechanism has been functioning at the district level, where collectors are conducting Prajavani on a weekly basis.
