“Strangled in its infancy”: Modi’s sharp attack on Congress, DMK

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a sharp attack on the Congress and its allies in Parliament, accusing them of “strangling an honest effort in its infancy” and calling it a “foeticide in the House”. He also said parties including the TMC, Samajwadi Party and DMK were guilty and described them as offenders against the Constitution and the nation’s women.
