Akhila Karnataka Mahila Kannada Sahitya Parishat will organise a literary conference of woman writers at Sri Siddharoodha Math in Hubballi on Saturday. Addressing presspersons here on Thursday, founder of the organisation Gangadhar Doddawada said that the aim is to provide a platform and encouragement for woman writers. Writer Bharati Rajguru has been chosen as the president of the conference. The conference has been organised by the Hubballi City and Hubballi Taluk units of the parishat in association with the Kannada and Culture Department. MLA Prasad Abbayya will inaugurate the conference at 10.30 a.m. in the presence of several eminent dignitaries and chief guests.
