Photo: By Arrangement VIZIANAGARAM A headmaster in Vizianagaram district has signed a bond on a ₹50 stamp paper promising quality education to any child admitted to his government school, as part of the Andhra Pradesh government’s week-long Badi Pilusthundhi enrolment drive for the 2026-27 academic year. Bankapalli Shiva Prasad, headmaster of the government school at Mokalapadu village in Gantyada mandal, has signed the bond and distributed photostat copies to parents and village elders, urging them to choose the government school for their children’s schooling.
