The International Kite Festival at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad would be held from 10.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m., on January 13, 14 and 15. The Hot Air Balloon Festival would be held in the mornings at three locations on Hyderabad outskirts and in the evenings at the Parade Grounds. At the latter, it would be held from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., on January 16, 17 and 18, as per official communication.
