The birth anniversary celebrations of Adi Shankaracharya will be held on April 21, 2026, at Srisailam, coinciding with the auspicious “Vaishakha Shuddha Panchami.” As part of Shankara Jayanthi celebrations, special rituals will be performed in the morning at the Shankara Mandiram located at Paladhara-Panchadhara. Special rituals will include “Jalabhishekam”, “Bilvapatra Puja” , “Mantrapushpam” and special prayers to Lord Chandramouleeswara, Goddess Sharada Devi, and Adi Shankara.
