Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav | Photo Credit: File photo The State government is planning a comprehensive skill development programme to enhance people’s productive capacity and ensure economic stability, which is crucial for stabilising population growth, said Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Satya Kumar Yadav. In a press statement on Monday (April 20), the Minister said the government recognises that, alongside health, financial stability is essential to achieve population stabilisation. Skill development has therefore been identified as one of the five key pillars to achieve this objective.
