All India Body and Organ Donors Association’s State new general secretary Shingam Shivaji on Saturday urged people to donate the organs of their dear ones in case of eventuality as the organs would provide a new lease of life to persons with kidney, heart, liver and other problems. In a press release, he said that the Association founder Guduru Sita Mahalakshmi and other members are spreading awareness about organ donation in semi-urban and villages where people have myths in regards to organ donation. He urged the local people to contact the association on 8790824914 for organ donation. Jana Vignana Vedika (JVV) members Erukonda Anand, Miriyala Krishna Rao, P. Shanmukha Rao along with others felicitated Mr. Shivaji who is also treasurer of JVV-Vizianagaram district.
