U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Iran is using threats to disrupt shipping through the Strait of Hormuz to pressure the world, while delaying talks on its nuclear programme. Rubio said the nuclear issue remains central to U.S. policy on Iran and added that pressure on Tehran is already strong.
