District Election Officer and Collector S. Kandasamy on Tuesday (April 28, 2026) initiated the computerised randomisation process to assign duties to micro-observers, supervisors and assistants for the counting of votes for the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly elections, 2026. The exercise was carried out through the Election Commission of India’s website in the presence of Returning Officers at the Erode Collectorate.
