South India Baptist Association (SIBA) founder-president for Vizianagaram district R. S. John on Saturday urged the government to implement the Ranganath Misra Commission report to enable Dalit Christians to avail reservation benefits in jobs and educational institutions.

Addressing a media conference, he said the National Commission for Religious and Linguistic Minorities, headed by former Chief Justice of India Ranganath Misra, had in 2007 recommended continuation of reservation benefits for Scheduled Caste persons who had converted to Christianity.
