File | Photo Credit: By Arrangement The Women’s Wing of the Central Zone of the Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation organised a one-day workshop on mushroom cultivation, marketing opportunities, and the growing public demand for mushrooms here on Monday (April 27,2026). Addressing the participants, Sakku Madhavi, Central Zone Vice Chairperson, and Rayapati Mamatha, Chairperson of the Women’s Wing (Central Zone), said the initiative was aimed at encouraging women entrepreneurs to explore mushroom cultivation as a viable business opportunity. They observed that the sector offers scalable potential and can be started with relatively small investments, making it accessible to budding entrepreneurs.
