Volunteers Chandrika and Savita Sridhar, a student and a working professional who are a part of I Can Volunteer, a nonprofit group that provides emotional support to children with cancer, chat with a group of children as they explore mandala art and play paper cup games. For six years, ICV, a unique initiative, has been building an emotional support system for children with cancer. Nearly 400 volunteers, from professionals and teachers to homemakers and students, visit five centres across Hyderabad, engaging children through storytelling, music, dance, craft and games.
