The Hindu will conduct a webinar on Saturday, April 25, 2026, on the topic ‘Impact of Screen Time on the Mental Health of Adults and Children’. The webinar will be held from 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

The session will examine the growing influence of screen exposure on mental health across age groups, from children to working adults. It will explore concerns such as reduced attention span, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and the behavioural impact of prolonged digital engagement in everyday life.
