A State-level workshop and performance review was organised by the Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Department in Vijayawada on Thursday (April 23) to discuss implementation of the newly notified Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Rules, 2026. The day-long programme was attended by 123 Municipal Commissioners and Municipal Engineers from Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) across the State, along with District Collectors and officials from other departments.
