Professor of Department of Applied Psychology, School of Physical, Chemical and Applied Sciences, Pondicherry University D. Barani Kanth in his lecture emphasised the importance of psychological well-being in engineering profession. He elaborated on how an understanding of human behaviour contributes to safer, more efficient and productive engineering practices, a release here said.
