Kudumbashree harvests success, captures Vishu market in Thrissur

In a display of collective strength and sustainable farming, Kudumbashree Mission has emerged as a key force in the Vishu market this season, ensuring the availability of fresh, chemical-free vegetables and fruits across Thrissur district.

Under the leadership of the Thrissur District Mission, Kudumbashree members successfully harvested summer crops cultivated as part of the seasonal Vishu initiative. With a focus on preparing traditional Vishu kani using safe, locally grown produce, members turned fields into thriving sources of abundance despite challenging weather conditions.
