Lakshmana has opposed the reported move by the authorities to shift the Mysuru Goods Terminal to a new location in Mandya. Addressing a press conference in Mysuru, Mr. Lakshmana, quoting the Railway authorities, said the Mysuru Goods Terminal, which is now known as Mysuru New Goods Terminal (MNGT), will be shifted to accommodate a state-of-the-art maintenance depot for the Vande Bharat train.
