Ilanthiraiyan refused to grant the relief after Additional Public Prosecutor K.M.D. Muhilan brought it to the notice of the court that the petitioner D. Uma Shankar (41), a resident of Tiruverkadu in Tiruvallur district, had played an active role in the illegal dissemination of the unreleased movie on social media.
