The money was returned by the driver after Satvik complained to Bengaluru International Airport Limited (BIAL) that the fare, for a one-way journey of 41 km, was excessive. It is not unusual for some passengers to complain that the fare from Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) to various localities in Bengaluru was excessive.
