Death of student: hartal called on Wednesday unlikely to disrupt normal life

Shops will remain open and private buses will operate as usual during a Statewide hartal called on April 28 by the Nithin Raj Action Council, backed by Dalit organisations and groups, including the Socialist Unity Centre of India and Welfare Party of India, in protest against the death of BDS student Nithin Raj, organisers and trade bodies said on Monday.
