File | Photo Credit: Reuters Beijing said on Friday (January 30, 2026) it would take “necessary measures” to protect its companies’ interests after a ruling by Panama’s top court annulled a concession allowing Hong Kong-based CK Hutchison to operate ports at the crucial Panama Canal.
