Najeeb Like a graceful tide of colour and devotion, the Cheru Poorams from eight participating temples arrived one after another to the Sree Vadakkunnathan temple, transforming the Pooram grounds into a spectacle of enduring splendour. Even as the main participants, the Thiruvambady temple and the Paramekkavu temple, chose to scale down the celebrations in the wake of the Mundathikode fireworks tragedy, the Cheru Poorams continued without any dilution in their rituals or festive spirit.
