File picture | Photo Credit: PTI BJP national president Nitin Nabin on Friday (April 17, 2026) said that the party and its allies would hit the streets to “expose the anti-woman mindset” of the Opposition after the Constitution Amendment Bill on women’s reservation, along with the Delimitation Bill, failed to pass in the Lok Sabha. A meeting of NDA leaders was convened by the Leader of the House in the Rajya Sabha, J. P. Nadda, soon after the Bills were defeated. According to sources, a plan was prepared to take the issue to the public.
