Circle underpass, which claimed the life of a 23-year-old techie from Andhra Pradesh in May 2023, was once again submerged following heavy rains on Wednesday (April 30, 2026), raising serious concerns over civic inaction. Despite police barricading and blocking entry and exit points, officials from the Greater Bengaluru Authority are yet to initiate immediate remedial measures and are reportedly waiting for the water to recede.
