Over 6,500 candidates to appear for NEET in Tirunelveli district on Sunday

A total of 6,580 students are appearing for NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) in the district for admission in undergraduate medicine programme.

According to District Collector R. Sukumar, the students will write the test at Muslim Higher Secondary School, Melapalayam (720 candidates), St. John’s Higher Secondary School, Palayamkottai (720), Schaffter Higher Secondary School, S.N. High Road (720 students), Sarah Tucker College, Perumalpuram (720 students), Kallanai Corporation Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli Town (720 students), Ignatius Convent Higher Secondary School, Palayamkottai (720), Rani Anna Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Old Pettai (480), Christhuraja Higher Secondary School, North High Ground Road (480), Child Jesus Higher Secondary School, Palayamkottai (480), Cathedral Higher Secondary School, Murugankurichi (460), Sarah Tucker Higher Secondary School, near Palayamkottai bus-stand (240) and Sankar Higher Secondary School, opposite India Cements Limited, Madurai Road (120).
